Factory radiator fans

Hellow all,

Does anyone know off the top of their head what the CFM is on the factory fans? I can't find an answer for this anywhere. Either one fan or all three combined. My model year is a 91 SE.

If it's any help, the fans on the S3 were Ford ones, from the Fiesta

I believe that there are around 850 cfm...in any event they are junk and should be replaced with Spal Fans.

Thanks for the replys. I ordered the 0500 Spal fans but I am a little concerned about amp draw. I cam't even get the factory amp draw from Dave Simpkin. I should be fine, each fan has a 10 amp fuse. Radiator is being recored to four rows. Only pain is fabricating an aluminum shroud. Anybody have a template for a custom radiator shroud?

Agreed have had quite a few probs with mine, not to mention having to plastic weild a cracked cowling.
