Well, with all the chat about gearboxes lately, it prompted a visit to the Quaife website. They have their new 2003 Catalog and Pricelist available for download (PDF) and something new, their Speed Calculator. You enter maximum engine speed, gear ratios (up to 6 speeds) final drive ratio and tyre circumference and it will calculate speed in each gear and allow graphing as well. Worth the download.

From having looked over the Quaife Lotus section, I was dissapointed to see so much available for the Elise yet just one item at the bottome for the Esprit.
Not exactly a popular car to upgrade then, it seems, what's going on? Surely the non-track demand is high at least with the V8 cars?
With a potential 450bhp+ waiting to be unleashed from the V8 and the improvements in shifting possible from an Quaife kit, it's unfortunate that we are being ignored.
I for one would snap up two kits for sure!
