To hybrid or not to hybrid? Plus, shall I chip?

Hi All,

I recently purchased a 98 Esprit V8 GT.

I am about to have magnecor leads and thin wire platinum plugs fitted with K+N filters.
Whilst she was being given a good check over, I discovered one turbo needs to be reconditioned. So my question is this, shall I have them both converted in to hybrids, with the 360 thrusts? Or just stick with the standard turbo setup?

Also, after looking on P.U.K, I was thinking of installing the #2 Chip.
