How in the *%&^# do you replace the transaxle seals. I know the obvious is to remove the retaining nut, but do I need to remove the drive shaft or CV joint?
Help,help, help!!! Thanks, Rob

I guess my first question would be is "Do you have a service manual and parts manual?" If not, I would strongly suggest you obtain one.

To replace the seals you must remove the roll pins that retain the driveshafts, one end of the upper suspension links, remove the driveshafts, and pry out the seals. Correct installation requires a special set of seating tools. I would also replace the o-rings on the output shafts.

Cheers,
Sanj

Is there somewhere I can get a more detailed process? Don Tingle didn't make it that complicated...but I want to do it right...Rob.

Maybe someone could fax the info to me at 913-402-0937
