Right or left exhaust outlet?

Why do some Esprits have the exhaust tail pipe come out on the right side versus the left?

Just a different muffler, maybe has to do with the EBPV.

Correct me if im wrong but naturally aspirated cars exhausts sit on opposite side to turbocharged models (Stevens shapes anyhow)

I have seen a some turbo fuel injected cars with the exhaust pipe on the left side. Mostly a few 88's.
