I need to know the inner and outer diameter of the 4cyl. Esprit exhaust at the catalytic converter.

I'd like to know what size K&N filter will fit the 1990 SE.

Tornadoair.com Has anyone bought one and put it on a 4cyl model?

And has anyone tried adding polyethylglcol or any other coolant additive to the Chargecooler to make it even cooler? I'm gettting ready to add an electric pump and am curious if there is anything that I should or could be adding to the system. Any advice???

Up a bit early I see! The air filter direct replacement part is K&N 33-2784. I got mine about 2 weeks ago from SJ 01363 777790 ask for Steve. It cost £39.99 + VAT. Don't forget not to throw away the rubber gasket attached to your old filter. You need this for your K&N. That's all I can help you with unfortunately.

Cheers,

You should be running a 50/50 mix of anti freeze in the chargecooler. You could use water wetter to speed heat exchange but a chargecooler doesn't really need it if you are getting enough coolant flow with a well functioning system. Race models use a larger intercooler but for street use I don't think you need it unless you are doing some serious driving. Sanj and some others have opted for a larger custom intercooler box from Marcus at Moto-Concept.
