Great alternator news!

Hey, I got some good news on my alternator. I did not want to spend $600 on a new one, so I found that the Bosch AL49X fits in there just the same! The only thing that you have to do is get a longer mounting bolt for the adjustment bracket. They also ACDelco alts that are exactly the same. Only $150!!!! That made my day! I am getting my car painted this week, then I will post some pics! Thanks for you your help!

Did you get the sport 300 wing yet?

I did not get the wing, because mine came with the specaial edition wing...the one that sits lower on the hatch and does not stick up high. I am thinking about getting a different one still. What do you think about having 2 wings, the low and an s4? Is that too ricey?

I believe someone has a picture of a double wing Esprit before the old S4 mid hatch wing was removed. It was on the TE list.

I think 2 wings would clutter the cars lines. I have the sport 300 wing on my 88 and WOW! it made a big difference in the apearance. I installed it after my wheels and the car has a cleaner smooth look to it and it looks much like a later model. I will post some pics. as soon as it's back together.
