I recently put fogs on my 1990 Turbo non SE but haven't yet hooked them up. I was fitting a new horn kit at the weekend and noticed that there were a couple of extra wires. Are these for the fogs? Have Lotus used the same wiring loom with these wires already in place, if so where are the wires behind the dash for the switch?
Help please

Dave,

You could be right. Lotus did use a single wiring harness for these cars, so it's likely the wires are already in place. The sure way to check would be to use a schematic or place a continuity tester on them. Happy Motoring! Jim'85TE

I would think those are it. even non SE turbo S body cars in 88 had fog lights fitted, although they are a little different in size and not located in the space adjacent to the out board oil coller vents.
