I think I like it.

From the mirrors you can tell that it's a '88, which makes the price in A$ about A$15-20k too much if it was standard '88.

Hi,

I'm not certain that it is an '88 at all. The reason I say this is that they claim it has an upgraded intercooler. Sincce the '88s were not intercooled, it would seem difficult to upgrade it. It is a nice looking car though, although I suspect it's an '89. Happy Motoring! Jim'85TE

Yeah, looks like an 88 w/those mirrors. I wonder if he fabricated that front spoiler lip, I like it.

I used to drive past this car (street parked) quite often last year around Bondi Junction (sydney). It is an 88.

It's been rebuit/sprayed and had new parts fitted in the process (including a sport 350 style rear wing on aluminium struts- though I think this is actually a japanese "GT" item).

The chrome wheels look suspiciusly like the "discount" wheel deal items often advertised in "HOT 4's" magazine.

It may have an intercooler- but I would bet this thing is Bosch injected still. It's for sale now in the "outer west" suburb of "Beverly Hills" (DEFINITELY not like it's LA namesake). I had meant to go out and have a better look.... but it is a long drive from the city... (45mins).

Curiosity may make me go and peek under the hatch...
