S3 Windscreen Trim

First time here..
Can anyone help me find some Alloy windscreen trim for 1981 S3 Esprit, autoglass have been on the case 8 weeks without success and summer will soon be over.

I think SJ Sportscars have had both the windscreen and rear window trims re-manufactured. Check their website.

i went with a UV proof vinyl product which looks better than the chrome and wasn't a rip off. it comes in 25 different colors and a few of them match the lotus paint colors. i was going to use black but chose grey instead to stay within the original silver color scheme. it peels up easy, so i can swap colors at any time and swap back at a whim. priced 45 cents a foot.
