A bit dear! any pictures. Adding the cost of redoing the rear valance of a pre-V8, this is a very expenisve upgraded Exhaust (especially for the UK).

There is also someone that'll do a quad tail pipe exhaust but I can't remember the site.

Tubi, the ferrari people now do an exhaust for the esprit, I'm not sure road legal but hv only heard good things from the ferari guys.

Is that a home made lift in Tony G's garage? The only one I can find is from machine mart around £900.

I tell you one thing, Tony's car sounds amazing with the Stebro exhausts. If you go to his site he has about 4 movies where he blows by the camera and the sound is great!

I believe the lift is called an easy lift and floor jack is required to lift it into place.

His Site is http://black89lotus.com/

With regard to the lift it is a Kwiklift, I've asked them about costs to ship to UK, awaiting reply.

You basically jack up the center bar with a car trolley jack then it all locks into position raising the car about 20". Remove the jack and hey presto! they also do a bar which crosses between the ramps so that you can then jack up the axles to remove the wheels. max weight 5ton.

Yes you are right it is called a kwik lift. I knew it was something like that. Still holding out for a 4 post lift.

I have a stebro on my car.. havent driven it much but it sounds absolutely furious.. nothing like a stock esprit. I dont think even $1000 is too much for a low production all stainless exhaust.

If your after a twin exhaust. PNM Engineering 0151 630 6101 are Lotus specialists and can costum make any exhaust for you. I don't know where he sources them from but it must be worth a phone call. He is also very good for parts and technical advise and they're in N/W UK.
Hope this is of some use.

Hi I bought last summer Stebro exhause and I just mounted on my Esprit Turbo 88 (carb.) price was $750 +
shipping $175 to DK, but I have to pay custom, spedition..
for around $400 (beause outside from EU tax is 25%).
Another problem was I bought down pipe from Sjsportscars but it was lile bit short.

My stainless GT3 system was under £400 and sounds perfect. My Local Lotus mechanic got me it. I'd put a pic up but too dumb to know how!
