are the front calipers off another car

i own a 2.2 non turbo 1990 with single piston front calipers do u know if lotus took these off another car, i know the brake pads are the same as a 2.8 toyota supra but im not sure about the calipers

i brought a caliper off a 1989 3.0i supra today after the recommendation but its different, the brake pads are different the brake hose comes out in a different position and it is generally bigger.
does anyone know which specific model of toyota the calipers are off or has anyone got a spare working caliper in u.k.

Those calipers are too new. Sorry for any misunderstandings. The calipers you should be looking at are from a 85 Celica. The calipers for the Celica are front mounted so you must invert them. Order the left side if you want it for the Lotus right, Order the right if you want them to fit the Lotus left side.

The 3.0 l supra is the mark 3, I think the calipers you want are off a mark 2 (2.8 l). Hope that helps,
