I have finally got the Code 26 figured out as a fault, in sending a signal from the ECU to the high speed injectors (I think, am pretty sure) Can anyone give me help in where I would best served in fixing this problem ie... getting the current unit fixed or getting a replacement unit?
Thanks

what makes you think its the ECU?
i was getting frustrated with my code 26
to the point where i was thinking ECU too
i litterally pulled all wiring harness of possible
affected circuits and ohm'd them out throughout
the car only to find that the radiator fan
relay that i had checked way back and found
to be good wasn't the fan relay at all!
some PO had rearranged the fuses and relays!
swapped it out and no more code 26!
ECUs can go bad but thats the last thing i'd check.
www.rockauto.com has them remanufactured for $70 + $85 core charge.
