I tried A Plan Insurance recently and found their quote okish.
What put me off was the obvious cold "give us your cash then get off the line" attitude.
This happened with more than one person on the phone. Their obviously using a bunch of people who have been trained for the quick hard sell and bugger all customer service or interpersonal skills.
Put me off enough to give my hard earned cash to someone else. Not the bloody "direct line" school of bandits either.
