Window Relay Installation

Everyone agrees that installing a relay to operate the window motors is a good idea to prevent switch burnout and SSSSLLLLOOOWWW window movement. But I haven't seen anything in the Procedures sections about doing this. Does anyone have that connection diagram or relay spec or should I just do it myself and post the pics?

I was trained not to try an reinvent the wheel.

I did see a site that showed exactly that but I can't find it now. If I remember right it was a link to somebody's home site that went through the procedure of adding a relay to the window circuit. I wish I had bookmarked it because I also have the 'slow window' problem.
