Hi, I'm looking at getting either a lotus Esprit or a TVR S2. (was also looking at Elise but i want to go classic)
Aside from the way the Esprit looks (and it looks stunning) I don't know much about them. thought perhaps there might be some one reading who could help.
Are they reliable enough to use every day? I'm 26, can you recomend an insurance company for young lotus drivers? any things in particular i should look out for? Are there different engine sizes available?
Any help would be apreciated.

For the sort of money that would buy a TVRS2, you wouldn't get much Esprit IMHO (and experience!).

can't really compare the two. they are designed for very different purposes. get both if you can afford it. we can't buy TVRs, where i'm at, so feel fortunate you have a wider selection of cars.
