Gday all

Now that Gcar is mobile again
I rememeber a few years back ... that a few of you were starting to put 2gether..... cross reference of Esprit parts
Has anything come of it ? anyone done it
Especially for my Gcar

still room for improvement though.


in a lot of situations, parts can also be repaired or refurbished. for example, i was able to weld up a crack in the plastic window washer reservoir. because of the way it is mounted, and general low quality, the part is prone to failure. a new one would have cost $75 plus tax and shipping.

Yeah tell me about it, I bought one of those too similar price in kiwi dollars of course !!

if you didn't throw away the old one, you can repair it with a plastic welding torch. it looks like a soldering iron, but blows hot air. you'll also need to buy HDPE welding rod. everything i just listed costs far less than $75.
