Good to see you all. I am an avid collector from the colonies. I have several other cars and I just learned some of the interesting things about the Esprit. It's going to be my next collector car. Still have a lot of learning to do.

What State are you from? Many of us here are from the USA. Can we direct you to a local club, It is not really required to own a car to join a club in most cases.

I live in a tiny town in the rockies west of Denver Co. I do plan on joining a club before buying, I am a memeber of the Lamborghini club, and the Ferrari club of USA. I am a restorer and plan on getting a moderately priced 1987-1989 Turbo Esprit.

You will be looking for the old man of Lotus cars in Colorado, Bob Metz. He is involed with LoCO (Lotus Colorado) club.
