wheel arch extensions

Hi. i'm new here..
just curious...is it possible to put wheel arch extensions of V8's on s4?
i noticed that the garnishe on a front fender of v8 is shorter than those of s4's to have even surface for the wheel arch extension.

It's a hassle to do with grinding and cutting.
