Well i just received my stebro dual tip muffler and cat pipe,three weeks later than promised and many phone calls and emails later,i might add.Anyway we put it on the car today,and i was promised that with the cat pipe the length would be long enough to do away with the valve between the muffler and pipe,this was not the case,to get it to fit we had to gut the valve,grind it and get a doughnut gasket to put between it,its on the car now no leaks so far and sounds nice but the man at stebro has a lot to learn about customer service,i for one would not recommend stebro to anyone,he lied to me about pretty well everything i asked him.P.S.this is stebro exhaust manufacturing in canada not one of there distributors,i wish someone had told me about them before i made my decision to deal with them,beware!

Sorry for your troubles... it seems hard to find any real customer service these days in ANY country... but US and Canada I can speak to from a personal point. There are a couple, and while they have there bad days, they do stand out in my humble opinion...

It seems that your are at least happy with the end result... could have been worse in that respect.

3 inch Tubi is on my car. Bought it from a a private seller... pretty much new.

I had exactly the same issue with Stebro.
They were hard to deal with and late in shipping.
Seems to be a good product though.
