Back Flushing the Cooling System

I am looking for information on the correct procedure for back flushing the cooling system in my '90SE. I have good reason to believe there is contamination in the radiator and various other components hindering its ability to cool the car down after a brisk run. Are there any documents that describe this procedure in detail?
