I finally fixed anoying clunk and metronome like noise. This noise was comming from right behind seats of my v8 everytime I leap over uneven ground or acclerate.
If you do have same noise i suggest you to make sure tighten all the obvious bolts first.
This is how to get rip of that noise and I 'd like to thank everybody who gave tips in this forum.

Cheers

"Please remove the carpet behind the seats, and be careful with the carpet because it tends to destroy itself when you trie to remove it. You can feel through the carpet, where the bolts+plates are. Cut a rectanular 14cm x 7cm with a sharp Stanley knife

*Important note (only three cuts so you can open the window and close it again)

and remove the two bolts and six screws. When you take this out, you will see that the sleeves are a bit too long. You have to shorten the sleeves a little bit 3-4mm. This will ensure that the bulkhead is getting secured tightly when you reinstall the bolts+plate+sleeves. "

Thanks Marcus!

By the way Do you think it's good idea to tightening these bolts very hard(like engine head bolts) or semi hard?

Thanks,

Personally, I would go the old spark plug twist when the torque setting is not known...

Tighten to "stop" then a quarter turn tighter. This way you will not really be stretching the threads, but there is enough tension so that they will not back out either...
