OZ Saturn wheels on an SE

I'm aware that the fronts might need to be machined to fit on an SE. Are there any other issues...are there sufficient clearances on the SE (all the way around) for these wheels/tires to work??

watch the tires they may barely fit. 97 V8 Futuras barely fit the SE as the tires almost will rub.
