Is it still possible to get the MOMO/Euro steering wheel?

Hey guys,
I was curious if it is still possible to get the MOMO/Euro-spec steering wheel? I live in the US and would like to fit this wheel to my 1994 S4. Anyone know if I would be able to order this through JAE parts and what these usually run price wise? Also, will this wheel bolt right up to my current hub or would I need an adaptor? Thanks in advance guys!
