To all of my fellow Esprit drivers and owners worldwide. Keep it shiny side up in the new year and I hope Santa brings you everything that you want (you already have an Esprit, so that will not be difficult )

Merry Christmas and a Joyous New Year!

Thanks and merry Xmas to everybody - the esprit owners, the future esprit owners, the would be esprit owners and all those who are looking for the right way. For the ex-esprit owner, I need more explonation

Do you remember my strange metallic noise coming from the front left side during cold days? I checked everything I can and finally drive the car to the dealer. It took me 10 days to find the time to do it and while taking the car the noise was completely gone. I took every single bump of the roads for a few miles and it was thrue, NO MORE A SMALL CLING. The difference was only the external temperature. We are having in Belgium a very nice christmas time with 10-12 °C (almost spring temp)
Once on the road I didnt resist to go to the dealer anyway. He told me that with the cold weather we had the last weeks the car may have shrink a little bit and the metal bar onder the dashboard could move to another part. I believe it enough to give you his explonation but would be happy to get other opinions. I have to say that during the time I was hearing the noise, my left door was really difficult to open. Now again, it opens normally. Well maybe my esprit is like my wife, prefer hot weather. Good point for both.
Happy new year also
Ben
