Hey guys, does anyone have experience on removing the front shocks on a 98 Esprit? It's time to replace them and i'm thinking about doing it myself. I'm pretty hands on, just thought i'd get a heads up or hints and tricks before I go for it. Thanks in advance!

I like to use web straps to hold the spring in compression then lift the car to remove the strut. All lot of people from the turbo list uses this method too.

Whats the word on Lotus's new stuff?
I currently have Spax coilovers on the car and am not happy with them. They're all leaking after just having them for 4 years. The car sat around a lot during that time so i'm sure that didn't help it any either.

Should be getting fitted to the test cars in March and then release to the general public in April (ish). Prices should be released soon. Best bet for suspension unless you've got a track car and can set-up the adjustables.

Should be ready in April, but that's not been confirmed! You'll know first by checking on LEW's news page regularly.
