Kylie,
Hope your car has been kind to you.
Jim and I are doing fine having sold our cars a while ago.
Been on the other forum chatting about such things like left foot braking (some people make a big thing out of such a minor thing). I think most of us blip the brakes under throttle. I still visit this site mostly to read and keep up on things.

Regards,
Calvin

Despite having moved on, I still keep looking in here.

I rather miss my old Esprit and still smile at Jim's advice.....

Slipping clutch? No problem, just give the binnacle a thump..... It worked for me back in 'Nam........

In truth, he knew his Esprits inside out and his advice helped transform the sloppiest most awkward gearshift on my Esprit into a tight, precise and positive change that knocks my current toy into a cocked hat.

Hope you guys are keeping well.

Cheers

Pat

Hi Calvin, great to hear from ya, I don't visit here as much as I used to, just been too busy this last year. My car has been going great. Was tempted to sell it a while ago to buy a V8, but after I won a placing in a show and shine competition, I was told to keep it, shes still a good looking car!!. Its a special car to me and still gives me the same thrills and headaches like the first day I bought it, but I love it, who knows an additional Loti may get parked up beside it one day.

Gees time flys must be around four years ago and a small group of people on here remember?. Am glad to hear Jim is well. Both of you guys along with other key people have been massive in helping me over the years to sort my car. Anyway I will pop over to the other forums and say hi.

Take care,

Kylie
