Sports exhaust

I have got a V8 gt , has anyone had problems with the sports exhaust I am on my 3rd in 4 months due to it cracking on the joints , also the tailpipes do they all rattle?

I've had one crack. Its common, but i think you've been particularly unlucky having so many!

If its not fitted correctly, this will make the cracking problem worse (e.g. if they do up the clamps tight on the cats before they've got it lined up straight on the hangers, or the do the clamps up tight on one side when there's a gap on the other side - they try to 'bend' it to fit. If its under any tension at all this will mean it will crack.

The sports exhaust i have on right now was cracked when i got it - i had the crack welded up by a friend. He also put a dab of weld on the tail pipes to stop them rattling. Total cost, er... 1 pint of beer.
