Does anyone know if there is some kind of Low Coolant Level Warning System for the a Charge Cooler? (IE: Float Level, Coolant Temperature, Coolant Pressure, etc.)

In addition, am I correct in assuming that the Mix is 50/50 Distilled Water and Coolant?

Regards,
Daryl

That is the correct mix.

You should have a low water tally light come on if the level is low. Same indicator light that is associated with low engine coolant. The light is for level only and if the chargecooler is working or not.

Yes there is a level sensor at the bottom of the tank (one on each for the SE, just one for the S4-S4s).

It looks like a little metal cone, and there should be a wire plugged into the tank near the bottom.

Yes the coolant should usually be 50/50 mix, but you could go as low as 25% coolant for hot climates. You need the coolant in there to prevent corrosion and to lubricate the waterpump.

OK...Now is there supposed to be a way to Burp the Air out of the Chargecooler/AC Condenser Radiator or is an Air Lock a Nonexistant Problem?

You will fill the the chargecooler through the header tank, replace the cap and then remove the threaded cap on top the box the fill hole on top of the box. top up and then crack open header tank and bleed it. Run it for a bit and recheck the level. Repeat as required.

Remember the warning light is for fluid levels only. It will not tell you if you have circulation or pump problems.
