Owners in South Carolina?

Hi

I'm interested in picking up a Esprit, but would like to find some local (or near local) owners to talk to. I'm selling my Viper, and hopefuly will slip into a lotus for a while

If anyone is around the Greenville/Upstate side of SC, or NC/GA who has a esprit that I may perhaps view and ride in, please drop me a line. Willing to trade lotus time for viper seat time

I am in Hixson, TN. I am not sure the exact distance but we are not too far apart. What year Esprit are you looking for. I have an 88' Esprit so I am not sure if that is close to the year your looking for but I would be more than happy to take you for a spin.

Hey

I was originaly looking at the 94-96 S4 model (or S4s if I can find a nice one) because I was told they were the least problematic of the esprits. Now, not being an owner, I can't confirm that

I work on my own cars, I rarely have anything done at a shop (I just don't trust too many shops here). People look at me strange when I'm crawling under my viper to work on her hehhe

I live in Atlanta and have a suggestion. As you may know, Lotus Cars USA is located in Lawrenceville, off of 85 and 316. LCU is the North American Distributor of Lotus, parts, etc. That's not too far from you. I would be happy to arrange to meet you there and setup a test drive of a V8. If you want to see/drive an S4 or S4s I can check with local Club guys and see who might want to meet us there. If you do purchase and Esprit, it would be good to meet the guys at Lotus, they are very helpful.

Thanks for the offer! Definetly not far from me, I make that trek often. I actualy bought my viper from down near atlanta.

I was interested in the S4 and S4s variant, but i'd like to see the V8 versions as well. I'm game when ever you have time, the trek is short.

I am in Charleston. I have a silver 1999 V-8 Twin Turbo with 8,400 miles. The car is perfect. No scratches, etc. I might be interested in selling.

If your interested, I could drive the car to Greenville. I own a building there and could use the excuse to check it out
