Anyone know what pressure the Radiator and Chargecooler Cap are supposed to be?

Depends. The header tank on some (including mine) is a Blanking type, that is, no pressure release.

I'm adding a Chargecooler Tank and a Radiator Recovery Tank System to an S3.

I'm using a Meziere Raditor Expansion Tank (needs Cap) and a Mezierre Recovery Tank that already has a Threaded Cap.

For the Chargecooler System, I'm using a 2nd Meziere Radiator Expansion Tank.

Deecee... Do you have a website for Meziere tanks??? Although the manual calls it a blanking cap, section "TDE" states 15lbs or 1.1 bar. More confusion! The chargecooler tank has no pressure on it , so anything that fits will work...I think.

On cars with the blanking cap, the cap on the "overflow" resivoir behind the left wheel under the carpet is a pressure cap. I would guess that is the one that is 15 PSI.

I had a heck of a time tracking down the blanking cap cross reference. 1950 Chevy Bel Air.

Thanks for the information.

I didn't realize that the Chargecooler Tank doesn't have a Pressure Cap.

The chargecooler tank DOES have a pressure cap, it is 7.5psi. The blanking cap is on the radiator header tank, and the radiator pressure cap (16psi) is on the plastic overflow tank.
