How difficult is working on a V8 Esprit vs. 4 cyl?

How much more difficult is working on a V8 Esprit than a 4 cylinder Esprit (turbo FI). I am used to working on my 88' Esprit but does the V8 require many special tools? What makes working/repairing the V8 more difficult? Any info would be appreciated. Does anyone have an engine pic out of the car or a drawing that shows detail? Thanks.

2x as hard Yes there are special tools but none that you would need unless you are doing a rebuild...
