I have tan leather in the 89 Esprit with some black peices. The condition of the leather is starting to get a little firm in places. I heard that leatherique is well worth purchasing?

What do you guys use to keep the leather soft and fresh looking?

I've used Connely Hide Food and like it. You can get it at a Land Rover dealer or some autoparts stores.

Kylie,

Leatherique PERIOD! Better than Connelly Food by far. Will actually revive dried leather. They will also custom make leather dye to fill and repair any severe cracks you may have. Find them at: http:\www.leatherique.com

Kylie,
I have used leatherique.... and it stripped the dye from my seats and centre console.. (but not door panels, roof, dash etc)

The local leatherique rep did re-dye for me (perfect colour match I might add).

I suggest which ever product you use you perform a test on a small patch of seat in particular (seems the softer leather may not have retained the original dye that well- according to leatherique..)

Many thanks, yes will definately do a test patch first. The closest leatheriqe distributor is Australia by mail order, we don't seem to have it here, will order it then.
