problem with power going to 2 of the fuel injectors.

You will see that 2&3 are wired together. The failure could be anywhere from the ground to the ECM. Trace the wires all the way back to the ECM.

Yes you are right, could be the wiring or just the peak-and-hold-jumper that got disconnected.
Could also be the ECM-driver circuit that is shot ...

PS: Please notice that the circuit is switched "inverted logic" that means that the injectors always get voltage from the fuel pump (wire 60W) and the whole circuit/injectors are actuated by the ECM-driver that actually puts the "loose end" to ground !!!
When you are saying that your injectors 2&3 donot get voltage, this would mean that there is a fault/cut in the supply wire (60W).
