Aluminum Water Line Replacement
Monday 14th November 2005
I am in the process of adding the Behr Chargecooler System to an S3 Esprit.
Since the Aluminum Water Lines that go thru the Chassis Tunnel are now easily accessable, I was toying with the idea of replacing them with Corrosion Resistant Copper Lines.
Any thoughts?

I have heard of people replacing them with stainless and just being done with it.

Yeah, I was Gungho on Copper until I felt the weight of the pipe, got a load of the price ($37 per 10' Length) and found out that it can't be bent tight enough.
So I'm taking your advice and going with Stainless.

Daryl
