hi all
my headlights just stopped working
lights dont come on, nor do the pods pop up
but
if pods are manually raised, turning off the lights
via the switch turns the motors on and the pods retract.
i'm thinking either the
headlamp pod motor module
however, the flash function raises the pods and turns on the lights
any help would be appreciated
thanks
chris

Well, certainly on the earlier cars the pod motors don't reverse to bring the pods down, they cycle in the same direction.

On the SE the motor reverses.

I'm thinking you have a bad switch in the binacle, but it is fairly complex. It could also be the pod delay module. We are talking of a US market (LHD) car, right? RHD's are different. The module is a GM part. Cross ref is on my site. Without digging into the binnacle and or the pod delay module base with a volt meter, I can't tell you more.
