I know your email has been running slow and sometimes you don't get messages in time, so I hope you see this. The kids do have a swim meet this week end so I will have to attend to that. So for me the Lotus drive is off. It looks like a Sunday is supposed to better of the two days. With both kids racing, it will unfortunatly be an all day event for both weekend days. It's going to be a sit and wait all day for 4 events that will be over in seconds. Hope they do well, it's so funny for small children to be so serious. I will have trouble with Matt when he starts to drive, hopefully he will drive within his skills level. I may pop over to Sherlock's on Sunday afternoon to see if any of the other Brit cars show up but it's unlikely that many will show up this late in the driving season except for the few die hards that might be there. Well it's almost late Nov. and we know what that means. We will have snow fall soon. I have my stabilizer mix standing by to dump in to the tank and run through the injectors. I just got word from Lutsen ski area that they had 3" and have a 12" base already. Looks like time to store the cars away soon. As always I will wait till the second till the snow flies and the trucks dump chemicals on the roads before storage.

Calvin,

Too bad you can't join us. But I certainly understand, wish Jill & Matt good luck from me! We're not sure what our plans are either. We may just shoot down to Red Wing for Sunday Brunch at the St. James Hotel. We may even be at Sherlock's in the afternoon.

I agree with you that it's soon time to add air to the tires, Stabil® to the fuel tank, change the oil & filter, fog the cylinders, connect the battery maintainer and tuck her away safely under her cover for the 'arctic' months. God I hate Minnesota this time of year !! ...Jim '85TE
