Service limits for the V8 twin plate clutch?

Can someone please tell me the following service limits for the stock AP twin plate clutch for the V8 (MY 12/98):

Distance between the carrier mounting face on the flywheel and the front of the spring pressure plate: (indentified as 'Z' in the Lotus Service Notes and is 35.5 mm for new)

Distance between the flywheel and intermediate pressure plate and between the intermediate and spring pressure plate: (identified as X and Y in the Lotus Service Notes and 7 mm for new)....I believe these have a limit of 5.75 mm according to previous
