LED Message Device

I have fitted a 7cm ten character LED display in the rear window of my '97 Esprit. It is not dissimilar to the type of thing the police have. It always gets a laugh with messages such as:"350 BHP - Be serious !" for the GTE owners or "Real life Gran Turismo !" Would anyone be interested in where to get one of these or how I installed it ? It is one of the most novel Xmas presents I ever got and outstanding value for money in entertainment per pound !
