I think OAH where on some on the Lotus press cars ( I think that's right ).

Early V8s don't fetch huge money. £15k to £16k is my guess.

The price seems to vary so much on the early v8s. I have one in a garage close to me going for £21K, which seems way over the top!

I'm having the same problem with GT3's, i've seen the same age as the one i've been offered for over £10k more!!! If it wasn't for the fact that the guy won't ring me back, i'd have bought it by now. He's got till the S60 goes then if not, i'll buy a Chimeara.

I'm rather tempted by the Esprit V8 though, i'd rather have one thats later than 1999/2000 with as least amount of miles on it.

If i were you, i'd bid the guy £15k for it, its on his conscience if he sells it or not. You might have to go a touch more to £15.5k, but it might be worth it if its got the right service history, owners etc.
