How to change exh.manifold

How difficult is it to change the exhaust manifold?Can i do it on my own?Do i need special tools?

It is a pain. Other than an engine crane to help move the engine so the exhaust manifold can clear the obstructions. A set of good sockets and a breaker bar. Use something like liquid wrench or WD to soak before breaking loose the bolts so you don't snap the studs.

Oh I did forget about Tony. You do not need an engine crane if you have a car lift or can get the car high enough and remove the heat sheilds and cat. Otherwise lift the left side of the engine so you can get at the manifold studs with a socket set.
