Clean/lube the motors. There is a writeup on Sanj's or LEW or someplace. Also make sure all electrical connections are good and clean. If that doesn't do it and everything else is clean/lubed and the window goes up and down smooth with the motor out, then replace the motors. They are only about $20 on eBay.

sounds like the felt/rubber chanel gides are split.
same thing happened to mine.
they guide the glass down the metal chanel and protect it from being scrathed.
not to bad to fix
£5 or so from lotus or sj and a hour labour for one side of the glass

yep... rubbers split!!!! ,going to order new rubbers!!!! looks like my lubbing was in vain!!!! next time I'll use ky jelly, anyway as a temp fix I took out the rubber and superglued it together. I now have glue on my fingers on the kitchen table, floor, kitchen door,in my hair, but the window now works perfectly..... super glue what would we do without it,, bit like goodfellas pizzas!!! guys a quick way to tell i think is if the windows kinda rocks on it's axis abit when moving up that will indicat to you split guide rubbers
