Just when i thought my patience was wearing thin..

It just got thinner....
Release fork is broken off at the boot.
Looks as if I have to unbolt the transmission to replace a new one....
MY IDEA: instead of doing all of that.....reweld a metal piece,buy a pusrod,adjuster and locknut........would this work?
Oh and my patience is thin!
