What sort of a job is fitting a new clutch on the gt3? cost wise?

Presume its the same on all 4cyl models

dont think mine is worn out as such but seems to be slipping when in over boost. i think so anyway. maybe the pressure plate is worn. it would explain why my clutch pedal is quite stiff to push down.
fluid and clutch slave cylinder were replaced a few hundred miles ago which made a big improvment on the weight of the pedle. you needed legs like the termintator before.

thanks
dave

p.s: just seen kato's report on LEW so that gives me an idea. big job by the sounds of it

would apreciate feedback tho

Dave,
Dont worry its not a too big job ... I do this in 4-5 hours. The tranny does not have to come out, you just have to unbolt it and slide it backwards a few centimeters. The installation of the clutch plate itself is quite simple. Make sure that everything is clean (free from oil) and lubricate the spline and the clutch fork with grease a little bit.

Cheers
