Sorry for the off topic post, but this is about the only place I frequent where there is a high percentage of UK people.
The last time I was in England, about 20 years ago now, I was at the Seaman's Center in Felixstowe and at the bar (which closed in the afternoon) there was a machine about 30x15x15cm that cooled the beer down as it was drawn. That is, a keg was kept someplace room temperature and a line went up to this mini refrigeration unit which cooled the beer instantly and dispensed it.:drink:
What are these things called? Who makes them? I have been Google'ing but I can't find anything like this.
