New Owner of 1990 Esprit

Since son has grown up, begining to collect my childhood dream cars. Got my 78 930 Porsche lat year for christmas and just got my 90 Esprit. WOW was it worth the wait? Heck yah. What a ride!!
Red 1990 espirt with 46,000 miles. Has, #3 Chip, BOV, 17" Late model rims. But it does need some maintenance repairs.
Had it 3 weeks now, and I've put in new plugs, wires, fuel pump (it was making noise) & filter, replaced fuel vent hoses, top rad hose (between wp & intake), freeflow exhaust (magnaflow), t-stat, new BFGs 215/40-17 & 275/40-17, Oil change (mobil 1 15/50), repaired (welded) broken window motor brackets (motors ok). new shift knob and replaced broken driverside rearview mirror. Had an engine dying problem, but finally found a broken vacuum line. Started collecting cross reference parts.
$$$ Ouch, but good thing I've been able to do all the work myself.
I've ordered the freescan kit from LEW to ensure maximum performance.
Lot's of work, but looking at a 2005 corvette in my rearview mirror, it was well worth it. The vette owner gave me a thumbs up at the next light, 3 seconds later.
Next is off to friends paint shop to take care of the faded paint.
I hate to say it, but seems (butt) faster than my 930.. And attracts a lot more attention.. Yahoo!!!
