engine oil seris 3

HI all what grade of oil should i be using 5/40 or 10/40 fully syn or mobil one 15 50 any help would be good mike car is seris 3 1982 esprit thanks

Personally, I run synthetic oils in all my vehicles except the Harley's, which get Genuine HD oil. Changing to a full synthetic typically gives me about 3% better gas mileage.

If I were you, I would run a full synthetic with the same viscosity rating as was recommended for the motor. I don't know what was recommeded for your motor, but 910 motors are mostly running Mobile 1 15W50, which is what I run.
