Oh yea. stayed home! It just did not have that off shore smell of a big storm here (chalk this strange thought up to sailing years back)... We got about 30ish MPH winds, so nothing toooo bad. My other friends in Tampa said you guys got about the same... a little wind... a little rain...

Unfortunate that it "ain't over". I figured this year would be bad due to the heat. I was in Des Moines Iowa in March and it was 75 with the wind shooting out of the south... just like the year that F5 twister hit OK. and (if I remember) huricane Andrew? hit the south coast...

Stocked on beer and chips though!
