wiper linkage

the wiper has excessive movement in my 99 esprit. will I need new linkage? how do I get acess to the linkage ?

You probably don't have airbags since you are in the UK. In my older Esprit I had acsess to the under dash area by dropping the glove box liner out the bottom. This was in a older 4 cyl car and not really sure if it applies to a 99.
