Gearbox problems

Hello,this is my first topic here
I'm write from italy,sorry for my bad english!!!!

I am a happy owner of a blu Esprit s4s,i love this car, in italy the esprit it's very rare

But now i have a big problem:

My car mounted a only 2 litre version of engine,whith many modification,the maximum power now is of 330/340 c.v whith 39,2 kgm at 5970 rpm
Yesterday i broke the 2°gear,and in my country don't exist a good garage for my car
Can you racommend a good upgraded for my original gearbox?or a definitive solution?

Uberto - why not try a renault specialist? The gearbox is same as Renault 21, 25, 30 etc. There must be someone in italy who knows renault boxes?
